| EE 2726: Electric Circuits I |
| Prerequisite: MAT 1236 (can be taken concurrently). Study of Basic Ohm's and Kirchhoff's laws with voltage/current sources. Introduction to operational amplifiers, ideal transformers, inductance, capacitance, first-order circuits (both DC and AC), first-order Bode plots, and three phase power. Includes lab problems, short design project, and introduction to circuit simulation and MATLAB computer software. The first of a three-course sequence in which the engineer as servant is discussed.
