Rendleman’s New Book Featured in The News Gazette
A new book by Associate Professor of Communication Todd Rendleman was featured in The News Gazette. (Illinois). His book, Rule of Thumb: Ebert at the Movies, analyzes the style and influence of movie critic Roger Ebert.

Baker’s Op-ed in Seattle Times
An opinion piece by Assistant Professor of Business Ethics Bruce Baker appeared in The Seattle Times titled “A Moral Realism Grounded in Faith.” Baker deals with recent comments from SPU’s Downtown Business Breakfast speaker and New York Times columnist David Brooks.

Wolfe’s Op-ed in Wall Street Journal

Professor of Political Science Reed Davis is quoted in an article in the Vancouver Sun on March 3 about the Washington state caucuses. He also appeared on “UpFront with Robert Mak" on KING-TV on March 4 to discuss the caucuses.

Students, Tent City 3 Residents Interviewed on KIRO-FM
KIRO-FM reporter Rachel Belle interviewed SPU students and residents of Tent City 3, a self-managed community of homeless people currently living on campus. The interview aired on February 23 on "The Ron and Don Show."

Ethix Magazine Mentioned in Costco Connection
An interview with former Costco CEO and founder Jim Sinegal that appeared in Ethix magazine was noted in the January 2012 edition of the national Costco Connection magazine. School of Business and Economics Executive in Resident Albert Erisman is the co-founder and editor of Ethix magazine, which began in October 1998. In this role he has interviewed business leaders from around the world on issues of ethics, technology, values, and purpose.
