Beginning April 2, the works of graduating students in the Art Department will be on exhibit in the Art Center Gallery. The first exhibit titled “Corpus Lingua” features paintings, photography, sculpture, and mixed media. Four student artists explore the marvels and mysteries of the human form, and each artist’s perspective demonstrates the body for its sanctified presence.
The exhibit runs until April 18, with an opening reception on Thursday April 10, 5-7:30 p.m.
SPU's Art Center Gallery is located at 3 West Cremona Street near campus. Admission is free. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
