Professor of Music Wayne Johnson presents a special solo piano recital on Friday, October 11, at 7:30 p.m. in E.E. Bach Theatre in McKinley Hall. The concert will feature some of his favorite works from Chopin, Liszt, Schubert, DeFalla, Sibelius, and others. Johnson, who is retiring after 37 years on the music faculty, has appeared as piano soloist, accompanist, and chamber musician throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and South America.
