Governor Chris Gregoire joins President Barak Obama in directing Washington State and United States flags at all Washington State government facilities be lowered to half-staff in of memory of United States Ambassador John Christopher Stevens and the American personnel killed by terrorists in Benghazi, Libya.
SPU is joining other government entities, citizens, and businesses in this recognition. Flags will remain at half-staff until sunset on Sunday, September 16.
