Governor Chris Gregoire has directed flags at all Washington State agency facilities be lowered to half-staff Thursday, January 5, in memory of U. S. Army Specialist Mikayla A. Bragg, 21, of Longview, Washington. Bragg died in the line of duty December 21 in Afghanistan.
Other government entities, citizens, and businesses are encouraged to join this recognition.
