The School of Education (SOE) is one of the first schools in Washington state to offer the new environmental and sustainability education specialty endorsement for student and current teachers. With this endorsement, teachers will know the historical development, purposes, interdisciplinary nature, defining characteristics, and guiding principles of environmental and sustainability education.
