The software provided in the SPU Download Center limits users in the following ways:
Do not use the Office 2010 or Lync 2010 install on an SPU managed computer!

CIS Strongly recommends that you keep a backup copy of software obtained through the SPU Download Center for reinstallation if necessary.
Authentication Failed
If you receive a message indicating your authentication failed you may be using an incorrect SPU username or password. The SPU Download Center is only available to current SPU faculty, staff and students (this does not include non-matriculated students). See the Accounts & Passwords section for more information regarding your SPU Username and Password.
Software Requires a License Number
If prompted to use a license key, then you did not uninstall your previous versions of Microsoft Office. For instructions on how to do this, please go here.
SPSS for Mac requires you to enter the license key separately.
Download Did Not Complete
Slow connections, such as dial-up modems or high network traffic conditions, can result in a download time-out. You will need to begin the software download again.
