After you've set up a Password for your SPU Username in the Banner Info System, you may access your email by going to the SPU Home Page, move your mouse up to Online Services and from the drop down menu, select Webmail. Instructions to set up your password may be found on Accounts & Passwords.
If you'd like to bookmark a link to Webmail, use: http://www.spu.edu/webmail.
You may also configure a client to access your email. Microsoft Outlook 2007 is our second recommended email client software. For information about configuing a mail client, go to Email Client Configuration.
Non-matriculated students, continuing education students, and some temporary or affiliate employees may be eligible for an SPU email address although the account is not automatically created.
If you believe you should have an email account but see none listed in Banner, go to the Exceptions to Automatic Resource Creation section on the Computer Resources Menu help page for details on how to request/obtain an account. If you still have questions, please contact the CIS HelpDesk.
