BACKGROUND: |
Seattle Pacific University is partnering with the Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program and the National Science Foundation to explore the possibility of offering a Master’s Degree in Teaching Math and Science. The Noyce Program seeks to encourage talented science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) professionals to become secondary teachers (grades 5-12) in math and science.

| FINANCIAL AID: |
For qualified candidates, a limited number of full tuition scholarships are part of the proposal. In addition, newly-certified STEM teachers are provided with salary supplements while they are fulfilling their first four-year teaching commitment in a high need school district (following certification). |
