By June 1, you will receive your assignment at the beginning of August. |
| Between June 2 and August 15, you will receive your assignment mid-September. | |
| After August 15, your application will be processed as space permits. |
Please note that both the application and deposit must be received by the deadline for an assignment to be made. For example, if an application is received by June 1, but the deposit is received after June 1, the assignment will not be made until September.
Winter 2013: If your housing application and deposit are received:
| By December 5, you will receive your assignment shortly after Christmas. | |
Between December 6 and December 14, you will receive your assignment when you check in (January 2). |

After December 14, your application will be processed as space permits. |

| By March 15, you will receive your assignment by the end of Spring Break. | |
| Between March 16 and March 22, you will receive your assignment when you check in (March 26). | |
| After March 22, your application will be processed as space permits. |
If you apply for housing during a break or at the start of a quarter, a minimum of two business days is required to make your assignment.
If Canceling an Application
Your housing deposit is refundable through the following dates. If you cancel your application after these dates, your deposit will be forfeited:
Autumn Quarter 2012: June 29
Winter Quarter 2013: December 5
Spring Quarter 2013: March 15
